Meet owner and chef, Dan Lee
Farina was founded by Army Veteran and Drexel Culinary graduate, Dan Lee. Dan traveled to Italy and noticed handmade pasta was not always a formal affair and wanted to bring that concept back to Philly with his own spin. Farina is the only place where you can order a customizable pasta bowl with fresh made pasta and fresh ingredients. Our "from- scratch" cooking methods allows us to provide a delicious lunchtime or dinner meal.
We believe high quality fresh made pasta should be available anytime and not just for special occasions!
